Special Request

Sister Rosalie Nuneviller is in a nursing home right now, and urgently needs a place to store her things. She just has a few pieces of furniture and some boxes (a one-bedroom apartment), and we could even split them between two people if necessary. If you or anyone you know has room in a garage/basement/storage area, please let Sister Long know as soon as possible. Thank you!

Women's Conference Registration

It's time to register for the Philadelphia Stake Women's Conference!

This year, the registration will be primarily online, and the deadline is April 24th.

Also, we are collecting new or gently used books to donate to Interim House West, a residential treatment program for women with substance abuse or mental health disorders and their children. There will be a box at church where you can donate the books.

Why Conference Matters

This awesome video is posted on lds.org. It includes President Monson's thoughts on why General Conference is important. (click on the blue words to view the video)

Don't forget that General Conference will be broadcast over the internet and on byutv if you have satellite. The Saturday and Sunday sessions will be broadcast live from 12-2 and 4-6 (EST), along with the Priesthood session for the brethren on Saturday evening at 8pm (broadcast live at the church).
